AstroPax PhotographyTM Services Information AstroPax PhotographyTM provides on-location digital still photographic services within the intermountain west region with a special emphasis on action, documentary, evidentiary, and surveillance photography. Photography services are available by scheduled appointment, or on a short-notice 24-7 immediate emergency call-out basis. 
Utilizaing state-of-the-art digital SLR camera equipment and portable lighting solutions, and backed-up by an extensive amount of experience behind the lens and within the digital darkroom, AstroPax PhotographyTM is able to provide the customer with an extremly high quality product at a reasonable rate combined with short post-processing times. Photographs are available as digital files (JPEG, TIFF, NEF), as hard-copy prints, or both. Rights managed photos are also available for purchase.In the event that unaltered image verification and authenticity is required with Nikon Image Authentication Software, the original un-processed images are provided upon request. AstroPax PhotographyTM operates under the LOW VOLUME - HIGH QUALITY business model providing customized and personalized photographic services to select clients. Photographs have been provided to the United States Air Force, Salt Lake City Corp, Salt Lake City International Airport, Motorsport.com, Lowe's Fernandez Racing, Alta Ski Area, stock photo agencies, and numerous confidential clients and private citizens. Peachwood Way South Weber, UT 84405 Phone: 801.809.4961 E-mail: astropax@astropax.com World Wide Web: www.astropax.com Event coverage fees, royalty-free photographs in the form of digital image files, single event, single photographer, USD - $300 for the first two hours (minimum) - $100 per hour for each additional hour beyond the two-hour minimum - Minimum single event coverage length is two continuous hours - Maximum single event coverage length is twelve continuous hours - For hard-copy prints, a printing fee will be applied based on the size and quantity of prints - Additional event coverage fees may apply such as event entrance costs, event ticket costs, parking costs, etc - Event coverage fees are based upon events local to the Salt Lake City Utah area and surrounding communities - Additional event coverage fees such as travel and per-diem costs may apply for event coverage outside of the local area - For short-notice, immediate emergency call-outs between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a 25% surcharge will be applied. Photograph licensing fees, rights managed photographs in the form of digital image files, USD - Commercial and media use: Circulation of less than 5,000 copies, or 10,000 page views per month for online use: $100 per photo - Commercial and media use: Circulation of more than 5,000 copies, or 10,000 page views per month for online use: $200 per photo - Advertising: Base rate is $500 per photo - Advertising, billboards: Base rate is $1000 per photo - A 10% discount will be applied to the total for all multi-photo license purchases - For hard-copy prints, a printing fee will be applied based on the size and quantity of prints Photography Services Agreement - Adobe® .pdf file - JPEG image files |
